What food for surfing in Bali?





Water sports in Bali are very challenging in energy and have so much fun. Either way water sports are very dangerous and have a big risk too. For doing water sport in Bali you have to really ready prepare and have the basic skill for reducing any risk. Proper equipment and step by step before you start water sport is important. For proper equipment, I may advice to wear standard equipment as your instructor in Bali suggest to you. One of the most popular water sport in Bali is Surfing the waves. Many peoples all around the world come to Bali resort just to enjoy the good waves. White sand and sunset in Bali beaches just compliment for all surfers.

Surfing in Bali may look easy but don’t get it wrong it is pretty hard for the beginner, that’s why many surfing schools are open in Bali to help the beginner learn how to surf. Surfing on the broken beach or on the reef will take a lot of energy because you will fight with the big swell or current so you must paddle very hard for a long time. In most sports, before you start into it the best thing to do is to fill up your stomach and bit of stretching. Same way when you will start surfing you have to drink something before you jump to the water and eat later after your surf session.

If you are beginner surfer maybe you wonder what surfers eat before they jump to the ocean? Actually is a really simple snack and of course, you can find this food easy. You may surprise if I say banana, but yes! that is true. A friend of mine told me that banana (remember when we were going to school?) is good for a bit to eat before you go surfing because banana is a good source of carbohydrates and protein. Full set menu for lunch is better you eat after surfing because it is good to recharge your energy and also isotonic drink is good for you.

There are no rules what you have to eat for a surfer, you just have to know what is best for your body to keep it your stamina well during your surfing. It won't be funny you pass out in the ocean, never! Better you pay attention more and eat something before you go to the ocean for surfing. There are many surfers running around in Kuta, Seminyak, Uluwatu or others spot for surfing you may ask to dude what they usually eating before the go-to surfing.
After all day you surfing in the ocean you will be really tired and need to relax then enjoy the sunset. This is the most common surfers does after surfing is a glass of cold beer in the hand with a sunset view on the white sand beach. How cool is that? So, surf safety and enjoy the waves in Bali.
